At Bloomhouse Distributors, we stand by our customers. If the item you purchased isn't more than half sold after 60 days, you're welcome to exchange it for something else. 

1. All new orders and reorders must meet a $100.00 minimum total, less shipping and credits.

2.  All items that do not sell within 60 days are returnable if the following requirements are met: No price tags are on the merchandise.  Merchandise is not returned sooner than 60 days from the date received. Items are sold at suggested retail price. Merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping is paid by the customer. 

3.  All items returned will be used as credit (+) towards your next purchase, policy is offered for our current customers only. Credit cannot exceed amount of invoice total. We do not issue cash refunds or buy back merchandise. No refunds are given.

4.  All displays are the property of Bloomhouse Distributors. If any items are returned, we ask that the displays also be sent back if no longer selling that item.  You are welcome to keep our displays at a charge.  All damaged displays will be charged to the customer.

5.  Displays shown may vary.

6.  When placing your first order, please provide your sellers permit number in order to receive the wholesale prices.

7.  Please report any damaged items within 10 days of receiving your order.

8.  All sales are final on clearance items.
